6 weeks PO!

Decided to do a full tuck with muscle repair and hernia repair. After two c-sections, CrossFit and paleo could not eliminate the tummy flab. Size 2 and still wore a one piece suit to hide the flab. I took a bath after my drain came out. I didn't care. I just made sure to rinse in the shower and use more antibacterial soap. Now it's daily. I'm wearing paper tape and have no scabs at all. I'm supposed to change the tape weekly but... READ COMMENT

I've been taking short baths. I'm two days shy of 4 weeks PO now. I just wash my scar and BB one more time and rinse in the shower once done with the bath. I'm wearing paper tape over the incision and replace when bathing. No spa... READ COMMENT

Aw thanks. I haven't decided if I will wear my CG and binder yet and how. I might wear compression pants and then layer stuff over. It'll be fun to get back out there even if we both walk those races. : ) READ COMMENT
