4 week PO pics!

Well, to say that I am excited and anxious is an understatement! After 18 years I am finally going to have something that resembles my "young" body back! I have very bad sagging skin on my stomach along with bad stretch marks and I was a full "C" cup before children so with the added weight they have been negatively affected by gravity!. Yes ma'am. i wuldnt lift my legs up yet..(v-up). i wuld start slow. small intense constractions. find the point in the range of motion that wuld be the most difficult and stick there with small crunches :) READ COMMENT

Dont do any weighted exercises or exercises that ovet stretch your abs. i started sittin at the end of a bench, sit up tall through ur spine/core, and just crunch str8 down (half way) keepn abs contracted hole time with no release... READ COMMENT

I wear the golds gym belt anytime im at home. i do mostly lifting weights (light and high rep) for now. i bike 20 min before lifting..i have always had the best experience with lifting so thats what i stick too READ COMMENT
