Breast Lift and Cold Feet - Killeen, TX

Yup, I am almost 3 months post op, and initially had the same thing,. It went away without any problem. I believe it is from the internal sutures where the new BB was created. Don't worry!! READ COMMENT

A very slow run......LOL. My PS did cear me for that, and very light weights. I usually use free weights, but currently I am using the machines so I can isolate specific muscles easier without involving my core. That's the only way... READ COMMENT

Thanks Ceddy! How are u feeling, I believe our surgeries were only one day apart. Are u still swelling a lot? I have a good bit still, I just try to drink tons of water and limit sodium. READ COMMENT
