That's a hard question to answer... For me, my fat is concentrated at the very top. The problem is that the way the machine is designed, it has to be placed lower than that to grab the fat. I am not thrilled with the indent I got on... READ COMMENT

Ask for the nerve prescription and see if that helps you. I, too, was in horrible pain but the meds helped a ton. I was like you and thought it was too much to bear but after getting the meds and having good results, I changed my mind... READ COMMENT
