The world should be full of ethical and well informed doctors who explain to women all the serious health risks silicone implants involved. I really cant believe that they go on saying they are completely safe. What a joke! Please... READ COMMENT

I totally agree with your comment, same thing here. plastic surgeons' behaviour is highly unethical since they dont really warn you of the real dangers of those toxic bags. READ COMMENT
