Kanajune, I'm a big yoga fan, but I'd be really careful with doing anything without checking with your dr - you were just sewn up - you don't want to rip anything. READ COMMENT

I think you just start to stand up straight when you can. For me it was about a month. So nice to see the newer ladies coming out of the surgeries so well. Make sure you drink a LOT of fluids with the stool softeners to help you go... READ COMMENT
