I am under 35 but have already started to see noticeable descent of soft tissue in my mid and lower face, leading to increased and somewhat saggy-looking fulness along my jaw and chin area. (My skin itself does not appear lose.) Im not ready for surgery and not interested in threads or fillers. Ultherapy looked great initially, but I have seen too many compelling cases of it going badly. Are there any safer alternatives?
I am 76 years old but I do not have any wrinkles because I had a facelift over 10 years ago. However, a little bit of sagging is starting to show up around my chin and mouth. Will all therapy work for me? How do I find a true expert in all therapy?
Im 43 female. Ive developed this sagging lower face (yeah I know its age). I hate it tough. Ive had fillers in cheeks and lower face and cheeks but it doesnt really help and they seem to evaporate after a few months and they cost a fortune. I realise its too soon for a facelift or lower facelift. Ive been told its not bad enough. Ive been told Ultherapy only works on 40% of people which is a risk because its so expensive. I am 43. I have tried Morpheus eight, which helped a lot. But I am looking for something that lifts and tightens better than Morpheus. I am thinking about trying ultherapy, but the before and after photos dont look much different and it doesnt seem that impressive. Plus I heard it can cause tissue damage Has anyone had impressive results from ultherapy?
Ive discovered to my dismay that my cheeks have dropped which imo has thrown off my facial proportions a significant degree. Im wondering a) what causes this and b) how I can correct it to restore fuller cheeks and a more heart-shaped face. Thankyou in advanced.

Ive never had any sort of medspa procedures done. I do have an autoimmune condition so am sometimes a slow healer. I would like to start with something relatively low risk yet effective for my sagging cheeks. I am a thin person so theres not a lot of extra fat in my face. What's the best way to tighten the sagging skin in the middle of the front of my neck? I am considering ultherapy but the technician I consulted advised me she won't go directly over my problem area because that's where the thyroid is... but that treating skin around/above it will help pull my problem area tighter. Thank you in advance for any advice!
I have already had cheek filler which did not really help with anything. This area make me very self conscious, it just droops and seems too have a lot of fat in that area. What are my options besides a facelift or thread lifts? Is there anything that will reduce the fat as well as lift and tighten? Ultherapy? Morpheus8? Kybella?
Im interested in having deep penetrating energy devices (ultherapy, thermage, etc.). I dont need my face to look tight now. I want to do it mostly for preventing future sagging. Is my understanding correct that getting deep penetrating energy devices regularly prevent your face from sagging in the future?
