Suddenly seen severe crepiness/looseness on lower arms. Very dramatic & rapidly-occurring. So bad, esp. when arm is not tensed or is held upright. Sick over it and so afraid of what's coming. My arms were fine 4 months ago. I am 62, look younger, thanks to 2 FLs. I have appts with local surgeons for var. lasers. I don't believe they can surgically tighten from elbows down, so am thinking Ultherapy, but open. Anyone had this? Any doctors treated this? How? What about results? $$$? PLEASE HELP!!
I was thinking of getting my arms slimmed down (a bit of bingo wings). I always assumed HIFU is a milder/gentler Ultherapy (MFU), but the more research I do, the more I find about many people complaining about life changing side effects such as NERVE DAMAGE, FAT/MUSCLE ATROPHY and continuous hallowing of the skin/area for the face. Are these side effects also true if you want to slim down/ apply it to your arms? Alternatively if anyone can recommend a better, more effective treatment. Im all ears
I am active, however at 63have developed sag in my upper arms and top of my knees. I went to a Nurse Practitioner, who performs both at a Plastic Surgeons office. I went thinking I would being a candidate for Exilis, however she said that Ultherapy would be better and longer lasting. I thought my arms had some fat and she said that is was skin. Could someone comment on the difference between the two therapies and if they prefer one over the other.
Hello, I am 41 years old, in good shape. I noticed that the skin on my hands has become reaaally loose and crepey, and was wondering if Ultherapy can tighten it back up? I recently lost some weight, and I can see the skin on the inside of my elbow hang when I bend my arm in the air. Not a pretty sight...I feel like my hands really age me, there are veins popping everywhere to boot. I had tried a filler on my hands before, they ended up lumpy and the filler looked white under the skin.
If ultherapy is so much stronger than thermage/Titan/skintyte why are there good before and after pics of results from thermage/Titan/skintyte on body? Most the good pictures of ultherapy are for face but hard to find them for body areas like legs/arms/hands. But the pictures do exist for body results from the infrared treatments. Reason?
I have heard horror stories of ultherapy melting fat off the face, which is not my goal at all, in fact my face is too thin. I am looking to tighten up skin on arms and legs which look very crepey and some cellulite on thighs. For face, looking for overall lifting.
A lot of the articles Im scrolling through about skin tightening are very old. I have sagging/wrinkled skin due to weight loss/gain. Ive tried various anti ageing techniques which have not worked. Because of the global pandemic and my location & my bank account I cannot have expensive treatments unfortunately. But I would love to know if there is a device I could use at home on myself worth purchasing? Whist I appreciate Ultherapy should be done by a trained expert. This is not always possible during a global pandemic or even available in the area I live in. Im on the search for the best Ultherapy at home device available in 2022. I can find hundreds of Hifu devices but Im only interested in Ultherapy devices because if Jennifer Aniston recommends it then its got to be great. That can be used on sagging face, neck, arms, legs etc?
