I am under 35 but have already started to see noticeable descent of soft tissue in my mid and lower face, leading to increased and somewhat saggy-looking fulness along my jaw and chin area. (My skin itself does not appear lose.) Im not ready for surgery and not interested in threads or fillers. Ultherapy looked great initially, but I have seen too many compelling cases of it going badly. Are there any safer alternatives?
Im 38 and have used tretinoin and sunscreen since my early 20s. 10 years ago these smile lined started showing and got worse about 3 years ago. I had Voluma on my cheeks but it made no difference to the lines. The lines are getting more pronounced and I would like to avoid fillers. Im after a treatment that is effective but not a facelift yet. Ive heard about Ultraformer, ultherapy, microneedling and lasers but its hard to find unbiased information. What would you suggest?
I am looking into the two possibilities for facial skin tightening. I live in Europe. Exilis is available locally in a nearby clinic at a good price point (50 Euros per treatment to the whole face). The Ultherapy is only available in a clinic in another country and is probably more expensive. They are on holiday now, so I don't know the cost. Can anyone tell me if one treatment is better than the other or are they both the same. I'm looking for diminished eyebags and tighter cheeks.
Most important I would like either less fat or tighter skin around my chin and neck. If I could get a procedure which would also reduce pore size, tighten and smooth skin on the face and reduce visibility of an age spot, I'd be thrilled. Cost is important. Heal time is also important. I'd pay a little more for superior results but will still have financial limitations. I also would have to return to work in a few days, regardless. Thanks in advance for any advice you can offer!
Hi everyone, I'm very young but think my brows are a bit low(not extremely, but if I elevate them about 2mm it looks better).I don't want invasive surgery (I'm in my 20s) and wouldn't want botox either, so I read about Ulthera.Does it only work as a slight brow lift on old people whose brows have fallen or on young people who've always had low brows as well?Is it a good substitution for a botox brow lift? And is there risk of fat loss if only the brow area is treated. How much would this be?Thanks
