I had back surgery at 15 due to having two herniated discs on my sciatic nerves located near my tailbone. This has caused me to not being able to exercise without being in a lot of pain & my legs go numb on me or no feeling at all. I've been to pain management, physical therapy, & chiropractor. I have seen professional trainers for 2 months and no improvements in a flatter stomach. 226lbs-2019 181-2021 dieting and anti-depressant that doesn't make you hungry is how I lost weight. Can't lose more.
Im getting a tummy tuck on 9/23 and got my epidural back injections for sciatic pain on 8/21/2020 just making sure that is enough time to get my tummy tuck since the surgeon said I had to get the injections no later than 8/14
Last year I had an MRI on my back. Other than a blood tumor on my spine everything is normal. But I'm in terrible pain everyday, lower back, hips and sciatic nerve hurt all the time. I'm wondering if because of pregnancies my abdominal muscles are weak and I'm overcompensating with my back for support. I have about 30 extra pounds to loose and a lot of hanging skin in my lower belly. I have strong abs in my upper tummy but I can't even feel them at all under my naval. Will TT help with this?
and every since then I have had severe lower left leg pain. I've been to every dr u can imagine and no one can figure out what to do. My neurosurgeon thought back surgery on l5-s1 would fix this because I did have a slightly blown disc. After surgery it is very obvious the pain was not going away. So the dr deemed my surgery unsuccessful. Where do I go from here? Dr suspects injury to sciatic nerve during lipo. He has no other options for me!!!! ANY IDEAS? IM DESPERATE! Please!!!!!
I had a tummy tuck and everything was going great, then 4 wks post op my back went out... I have a history of minor sciatica, but when my back went I couldnt even walk or move without wanting to die... I am wondering if this could have been caused by my binder compressing my back or maybe because of the lack of movement for the past few weeks... have you heard of this happening before or am I special :)
