I am 30, 56 and weigh 187. I recently lost 125 pounds w gastric sleeve and looking to get a TT, back lift, and breast lift with augmentation. I have a pretty challenging case because I have a roll of fat in my upper abdomen. I have seen 3 surgeons. to avoid an FDL, 2 said they can do an extended TT and a reverse TT in stages. 1 said he could do it one TT and is comfortable with lipo near the rib cage. noting the upper abdomen roll, which approach is best & would give a flat upper belly?
Ive lost about 200 pounds so far and my weight loss has seemed to level out. When I move my stomach, I can stretch the skin and move it around, but it seems to be thick compared to other people who have loose skin on their abdomen. Im currently 178 pounds at 58. Ive been taking Semaglutide for weight loss as well as intermittent fasting and going to the gym 5x a week. Do I still have significant fat that I can lose or is it skin? Can I get good results without a FDL based on my body?
Im 51 yes old, 59 and 185#s. I had a sleeve done 3 years ago and a revision to bypass 8 months ago. My initial weight was 292 and a goal weight of 165-170. I desperately need to have the skin removed that is hanging. It hinders exercise, movement in general, and I am constantly fighting yeast rashes below my panni. I am not sure what surgery would help me the most. At my age I am not concerned about what I look like naked but this hinders wearing normal clothing even. What do you suggest?

I am 29F 4'11 currently at 182lbs BMI is at 36.9. I am in the process of losing weight but after having 5 pregnancies with 3 full term, I have a lot of loose skin in my abdomen. I read online that a tummy tuck can be successful if you're within 30% of your goal weight. My goal weight is 135lbs meaning if I were to get around 160lbs which is less than 30% from my goal weight I would have a BMI of 32.3. Would I still be able to get a tummy tuck around that BMI?
Im a 26 year old female, 5ft 7 and 170lbs. I have had 4 pregnancies and 2 years ago I had a c section (first c section) it left me with an overhang in my pubic area. I wish to have a tummy tuck to firm my stomach and mainly to remove this overhang. I never had this overhang after my natural births, just after my c section which ruined my stomach. I also want liposuction from my waist at the same time. Is it possible to have this done at the same time and lift my overhang in pubic area?

Hello. I am 36 years old and lost 120lbs after having bariatric surgery in 2018. I am 5'6 and currently at a stable weight of 170lbs. I have decided to get a tummy tuck and want to make sure I chose the right procedure(s) to avoid wanting to go back for more later! I'd love to address as much excess fat/loose skin as possible in my abdomen, hips, sides and bra line/back fat area. I've had consults ranging from tt with flank lipo to extended tt with lipo 360. HELP!
Im 52 175lbs and workout regularly but nothing changes with my pooch! Im planning on having a breast reduction as well as a tummy tuck and wanted to know if my expectations of having a flat figure are achievable.
