Thread Lift + Bruising Q&A

I had significant bruising and swelling. After that subsided, I am left with many lumps and raised tunnels. My derm injected these with Kenalog x2 and I've had 2 RF treatments to try to degrade the suture material without improvement. I am reluctant to have them taken out because she has never had to remove any before and I fear removal will cause more trauma. What can I do to diminish these lumps ASAP? And long will it take to subside?

I am having a heart PFO closure surgery in a catheter lab - a relatively simple procedure, but I will be on a prescription blood thinner (Plavix plus a baby aspirin) for a few months. Will I be able to have a thread lift or even microneedling? Would it affect healing and results or just cause bruising? Thank you!

Bruising & swelling is on both cheeks but on the left side there is a hole. It looks to me like thread is too tight... May it be only swelling above?

I can't take time off work, so how long will I be down? Been told no swelling or bruising, is this true? Is it worth the cost?

Its been 2 1/2 weeks since the pdo treading. There was alot of bruising and swelling at first. Should I be concerned? Will it dissolve or break through the skin. I wear a small bandage there, since it feels weird when something brushes up against it.

Had 3 barbed pdo threads on each cheek two days ago. 2 from cheekbone down-one to nasolabial and one to the corner of mouth -and 1 along jawline that came out the other side by my marionette . On one cheek I can see the suture and feel it under the skin when I smile or slightly when not smiling (see pic)Is there a way to massage that spot out or reduce how obvious? Also had ALOT of swelling on right jawline and bruising. Anything to help swelling go down faster besides icing?

This is my second time to have a nose threadlift first time was all smooth minimal swelling the second i got bruises and hematoma on where the doctor injected anesthesia part Will the bruises go? How many days or weeks? Any advice to make it faster to heal?

I had PDO threads in the lower part of my face 10 days ago. On one side I have 3 lumps the size of spots where bruising occurred......will this go down? I'm still slightly bruised and very tender on the side where the bruising is?
