I had bodytite lipo to inner thighs 13 years ago and my inner thighs really bother me, there are some dents ( which probably cant be fixed due to skin quality and location) with fat transfer but would a groin incision thigh lift help improve the area and warrant scars? Will scars drop if skin quality is compromised?
Hi! I am 4 weeks post thigh lift via groin & buttocks. Some Liposuction was also done on my legs. Still have some discomfort in my legs but my biggest problem is tightness & some numbness that happens after I sit for a little while. My legs feel super tight!!! Inner thigh area and behind legs (under buttocks) It goes away after I walk or move around.
I had a thigh lift 3 years ago. The scars dropped not long after the surgery & are visible, the skin is puckered & loose again. I did go back to see my surgeon who advised me a revision wouldn't help. They look awful again & I felt uncomfortable wearing anything above my knees. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
I had a bilateral thigh lift and liposuction 10 months ago. My groin incisions have been placed 4cm below my crease so they are on the front of my thighs and cant be disguised by underwear. My scars are hypertrophic and not being in the natural crease they cause me discomfort. I am fighting with the clinic to have revision but have to wait for a reply. Also the surgeon says they might not be fixable. Is it normal for the Incisions to be so low?
I had a thigh lift with groin incision, breast aug and TT July 2018. The thigh lift didnt improve loose skin after a 100lb weight loss. TT left a lot of loose skin. On April 15th I had a revision on the tummy and thigh... again the thigh had little to no improvement. Asked my doctor for a 3rd revision? Would another surgeon fix this? I still have sag! Maybe he didnt do Lipo with the medial thigh revision. Also, is the bruising normal? I am 2 weeks 3 days post op and its sore to the touch.
I had BC and reconstructive surgery. They took fat from my good breast, the rest I opt for a inner thigh lift with lipo. My right leg healed much quicker than my left but now I have two pig ears near my groin that show through my clothes. I had my surgery from a board certified surgeon that says if he makes a incision and takes the fat i will end up with the same result again, also the inner left thigh i think is a little strange. Can this be corrected what can I say to my surgeon?
Im 5 weeks post-op first thigh medial thigh lift and my surgeon did placed the groin incisions too low ( not in the crease at all) and now my labia are being pulled open. How soon can I get this revised? And what will the revision entail?
Vertical thigh lift without groin crease incision seems rare, since that junction can cause dog ears.....but I've wanted to avoid groin incision. Is there a commonly used modified incision that is easier to heal from and which is smaller? I've heard the T incision isn't the only way to do it. Thanks so much!
