Two problems: the trays are causing me to salivate a lot at night (sometimes I'm almost drooling, though I go directly to bed after putting them in, and lie on my back); my teeth are definitely whitening, but darker toward the gums. I'm thinking that maybe saliva is getting into the trays? How can I tell, and what should I do?
Hello, I just bleached my teeth with polazing cp 35% which I had ordered on amazon (from a (hopefully) reliable seller with lots of good reviews) and noticed that my teeth are quite unevenly bleached -- I now have white spots on my teeth and white stripes that run down the sides. I had been bleaching my teeth about once a month with poladay cp 35% (purchased at my orthodontist) and never had this problem. Please advise.
I got a gingevectomy in order to expose more of my teeth. My teeth were really small in appearance so my dentist raised my gun line. Unfortunately, the tooth that was previously below the gum is more yellow, probably due to whitening before the gumline was raised. Is there a way to even this out? (As for the translucentness on my bottom teeth, they have been that way for as long as I can rememeber) I do not want veneers.
I just got my teeth whitened less than twelve hours ago with Zoom. My teeth are much whiter near the top of my teeth, as you can see in my front two especially. My teeth are different colors instead of one solid color. Should I be upset? Does that happen often? I'm more self conscious about my smile now than before.. This is awful. The top half of my top teeth are much whiter than the bottom half of them. It's like a gradient in an upside down U shape. What do I do?
I'm 24 years old and had a trauma about 10 years ago to my front teeth. As you can see in the picture, 2 of my teeth have a gray coloration, and others are different shades of white/yellow/gray. The 2 highlighted teeth are not dead according to my dentist, and she does not recommend internal bleaching due to the need for root canal. Veneers are too expensive. Will whitening help? Will whitening cause the enamel to become more translucent and make the appearance worse? Thanks.
