I had dark spots on my second toes. I applied an 85% TCA peel a month ago to lighten all of my toes and now my toes are darker than they were. Is this normal? It actually burned one of my toes and caused a sore to form. Will my skin lighten? What can I do to get my natural skin tone?
I just did 100% TCA Cross treatment earlier this morning about 12 hours ago and my skin looks very blotchy with dark spots, is this normal?! I feel like all the pictures Ive seen online about the TCA cross healing process look nothing like my skin, Im really worried these large blotches wont go away
I have severe discoloration and dark spots/scars on my inner thighs and panty line that have developed over time from shaving and chaffing.Ingrown hairs would form and leave unsightly scars.I am a medium skinned person which makes the dark spots and scars more noticeable. Its extremely embarrassing for me.Ive tried different drugstore creams that have slightly lightened the area but did nothing to the dark spots.I dont think a cream would help years of damage,I want to try something stronger.
I just had a 30% TCA peel done 11 days ago. It frosted then dried up and peeled, and now my skin is dark. Could this be hyperpigmentation? If so will it fade over time? I am going to start using hydroquinone it is so embarrassing, but the doctors say it is normal. Will the darkness fade soon? I have to go on a summer vacation and its so embarrasing, as I cant wear my back out.
I've had dark spots on my legs for almost more than 2 to 3 years now which was caused by mosquito bites. I would like to have them removed and my dermatologist schedule me to do microdermabrasion at the end of this week and also he put me on retin A, hydroquinone for a week or so. I just want to find out if one treatment is enough to remove the marks as my dermatologist told me and would other treatment like TCA peel work better? i want to see immediate result if possible
