You can go to any doctor featured on RealSelf who is legally authorized to perform a
Emsculpt NEO treatment. You must submit a
consultation request
through RealSelf and receive a treatment from a doctor from which a consult was requested.
Because this offer is open to any provider, your provider may not be aware of the offer details. Please pay them for the treatment as you normally would.

Cost depends on a variety of factors, including your location. The average cost for an Emsculpt NEO treatment is $3,125.

RealSelf will email you a $200 gift card 5 business days after you email your receipt to emsculptoffer@realself.com.
The RealSelf Gift Card Program (the “Program”) rewards RealSelf Users with a gift card after the User
schedules and completes an Emsculpt NEO treatment with a RealSelf provider that has been requested using the RealSelf platform. To
participate,
RealSelf Users must agree to these terms, which become part of the
RealSelf Terms of Service.
How to Earn Gift Cards
Gift cards will be awarded to the first 35 eligible Users and are only redeemable in the US. Only one gift card per treatment per person is eligible. A digital gift card reward link will be sent to the email address associated with your RealSelf account. Your reward link can be used to redeem a gift card from a variety of top retailers, including Amazon, Target, iTunes®, and more. In order to receive the gift card, all of the following must be true:
1. The RealSelf user must submit a request for a consultation appointment for an Emsculpt NEO treatment and must use the RealSelf online platform to request the consultation appointment. The date of your treatment must come after the date of your consultation request. Consultation appointments requested by telephone, in person or by other means are strictly excluded from the Program.
2. The RealSelf user must not have already scheduled their appointment prior to submitting their request for a consultation.
3. The RealSelf User must receive an Emsculpt NEO treatment from the qualified RealSelf provider with whom the consultation was booked.
4. The RealSelf User must be at least 18 years old on the date of the Emsculpt NEO treatment in respect of the claim made under the Program.
5. The RealSelf User must submit their receipt to emsculptoffer@realself.com
6. The RealSelf User must redeem the offer for the gift card within six (6) months of the treatment date.
The Program is strictly limited to one claim and redemption of offer per person per treatment.
Upon receipt by RealSelf of the official receipt indicating the date of the treatment, name of the provider, treatment rendered (including proof of Emsculpt NEO purchase), and name of the patient, RealSelf will process the claim and provide the RealSelf User with a gift card by electronic mail, in the amount described in the original offer to the RealSelf User.
RealSelf strictly reserves the right to refuse or revoke a claim made under the Program if it believes, in its sole and unfettered discretion, that a RealSelf User and/or a claim for gift card made under the Program is invalid for any reason whatsoever.
RealSelf may suspend or terminate a RealSelf Member account or any claim made by such RealSelf Member, including the RealSelf Member’s eligibility to participate in the Program, at any time for any reason whatsoever.
Severability
If any provision in these terms is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. This Offer Program is valid only where permitted by law.
Termination and Change
RealSelf may suspend, terminate, or change the Program at any time for any reason whatsoever.
