(male, 6'2, age 56) I used to be overweight but lost tons of weight. But my skin at my thighs are puffed out and loose (see photo) Is there anything I can do to reduce or get rid of these without surgery or if not, what type of surgery would I need.
Ive had lipo twice on my thighs along with inner/ outer thigh lift performed with two separate surgeries. The last surgery was Oct 2018. I was told the trade off for better looking thighs was a few scars. have bad results AND scars. I have dents in the front of my thighs, pockets of fat and a banana roll under my right butt cheek. Is there something I can do at home because Im out of money. If I go back to my doctor hell want at least $2000 for the surgery center, which he owns.
I am planning to have a Gastric sleeve in about 6 months but afterwards I will have saggy extra skin on my arms, thighs and my abdomen after I lose a significant amount of weight. Whats the next step to tighten (or get rid of) that extra flabby skin?? Current weight 238, hope to be about 180 by 6 month post op appt which my Bariatric surgeon says is a reasonable goal. He thinks I will lose some weight prior to surgery as well. Your thoughts?
I had Smart Lipo done on my thighs 8 months ago. I was told approx. 8,000 cc's of fluid was removed; a lot I know, but my thighs were large and I have very dense muscle mass. The doctor used a laser, Vaser, and suction. I am 56, physically fit, work out regularly, watch what I eat, drink lots of water, massage my legs several times daily and moisturize twice daily. In an effort to assist my post-op results, my doctor also provided 8 LipoEx treatments on the front, interior, and exterior areas of my thighs, and 1 mesotherapy treatment on a fatty pocket outside my right thigh. The mesotherapy appears to have done the trick on the fatty pocket. I still have small lumps and wrinkly sagging skin on the front of my thighs, skin discoloration, three areas of scar tissue, an unnatural looking transition from my thighs to knees/calves, and consistent burning and tingling all over (particularly shortly after a workout and in the evenings). Would something non-surgical like Thermage help tighten the loose skin? I understand that at my age I can't expect to have thighs like a 20-year-old, but after having made such a large financial investment in them, I would really like to look decent in shorts.
I'm looking into skin tightening for my thighs, arms, and abdomen. Also, face and neck at some point. I've been reading about Bodytite, Morpheus8, J-plasma/Renuvion, Ultherapy, Body-'skin-/facetite, vaser, thermage, etc etc etc. There are so many! Which is most effective for the body (even if it's something I haven't mentioned)? ?And which is most effective for the face? I do not need much, if any, liposuction.
I am 33 years old and my weight has fluctuated since childhood. I have been at my goal weight since my 20's but now after 2 pregnancies, I have lost the weight but remain with loose skin on my inner thighs. I eat well and exercise 3-4 times a week. It is not realistic for me to undergo a body lift with the recovery time and young kids. What non-invasive skin tightening procedure really works for improving skin laxity on the thigh area?
Im looking to have skin tightening done on the back of my thighs, saddlebag area and butt... When I use slight pressure to lift my skin up, I dont have the appearance of cellulite. I have some loose skin. Open to long downtime for best results... Ive had liposuction done twice on my outer thighs. Coolsclupt on my banana roll, Kybella on outer thigh. Im 35 years old, 59, weigh 120 lbs, work out with a personal trainer 7x a week. No extreme weight loss or gain, eat healthy and dry brush.
