To aid breathing I will need my septum straightened, at the same time my nose is quite bony and the tip is slightly curvy. Would straightening the septum correct this, I would not expect entirely as the objectives are not cosmetic, but would I be right in thinking to some extent it will improve the look of the nose as the setpum becomes more straight?

I can breathe fine dusing the day but as soon as I hit the bed, it gets really blocked aand can no longer breathe through it. It almost produces a lot of mucus and I seem to notice that that nostril is smaller than my other one. Why can I breathe during the day and not night??
