I had a thread lift a while ago but the threads dropped. I had a large amount of rippling at the entry points, as the threads loosened so did the rippling. I'm looking at getting it re-done but I'm worried how long this rippling will last and is this more than others get or pretty standard? (Photo attached)

I am interested in thread scaffolding in the under eye and temple areas. My dermatologist in Italy has performed this procedure on other patients with outstanding results. With the pandemic I do not want to travel to Italy and search for a specialist expert in this (not lift but scaffolding) in the DC or NYC areas. Could you please suggest some contacts? I follow a few PDO thread specialist pages on IG but they’re mostly overseas and the one from LA that I follow is booked until next year. I wanted to get a PDO thread nose job and maybe the “fox eyes” but I can’t seem to find any providers that use PDO threads to do these treatments.
