I had liposuction of the abdomen almost a year ago and was left with small indentations afterward. I had sculptra injected into the little indentations to help improve the appearance, however, I was way overfilled and look way worse than before. It's been about 5 months since the sculptra was injected. It looks terrible and you can clearly see where it was injected. Can it be surgically removed or can something be done to make it go away quicker? I'm so sad about my results.
How do doctors know how much Sculptra to put if the results don't show up right away like with other fillers such as Juvederm? Won't there be a risk of overfilling? If overfilled, is there a way to remove it?
Few years back I had my bottom lip done for little fullness, didn't ask what was injected in my lip, I noticed my lip wasn't getting any smaller but actually getting bigger, lumpy, painful at times and very sensitive to touch, was shocked it's sculptra I tried steroids injection to reduce it, but few month later it's got bigger and now I'm have a cut right in the middle of my bottom lip that's causing the lip to bleed and the size is triple the size of my top lip.. What do you advice
I was injected by a board certified dermatologist/sculptra trainer. Will the lumps go away? Could you recommend a surgeon to remove these lumps without causing further disfigurement?
Hello without proper discussion I was injected in the lower face by a reputable doctor with 1 1/2 vials of sculptra diluted 1in12. There was bad swelling which went down after 5 days to leave an overfill still there over 4 weeks later. I look terrible and imbalanced and am in a living hell. I really need to know if anyone has ever had or known an overfill to resolve itself and how long it took or had any success with extreme options like steroids as my life has come to a standstill. Many thanks.
