Hi, I just would like a second opinion on getting a nose job after getting tear trough implants. I got the implants a few years ago with no issue. I'm interested in getting a nose job but I've had one doctor say its dangerous because it could move the implant from swelling and one doctor say it was doable and would be okay. Does anyone have experience with this? Thank you!
I want it to be better looking and less weird, the ideal feminine side profile is something like Luma Grothes, I want mine as close to that as possible. Should I get my nose more downturned, remove hump and make alar base smaller, chin implant also tear troughs filler, I want higher cheekbones that protrude more, and a more voluminous forehead, would that all look good? My eyelids look weird for some reason, too much fat?
While I really like my nose when looking at it straight on, I strongly dislike my side profile. I think it's a combination of my deep tear troughs and big nose that it just doesn't fit my face. I don't know if rhinoplasty will help me achieve the side profile I want, so am turning to this platform to get some insight. Maybe filler will help and I don't even know! I would really like to leave rhinoplasty as a last resort. Thanks in advance for any advice or suggestions!
I had tear trough implants several years ago, and am now considering a rhinoplasty. Does the placement of the tear trough implants prevent a successful osteotomy/narrowing of nasal bones due to the placement?
I'm getting myself booked in for rhinoplasty at a clinic in Turkey and would like tear trough fillers too. Am I best to do this prior or after the nose job? Or can I do them in the same session? The clinic says they can do both, but I wanted to get a second opinion, in case the swelling of the rhinoplasty affects the fillers or vise versa.
Fourteen weeks later, my left eye remains bruised. There is a lump under the skin right above the cheekbone. It is the size of a dime. My surgeons told me it too much filler, they injected hyaluronidase three times however I still have this lump after this the left eye has less filler than the right eye. Now I am told the same bump and swelling is from the rhinoplasty. My eyes look terrible and my vision is getting blurry. I am a little concerned.
I'm looking into getting a rhinoplasty and know that I won't be able to wear glasses during my recovery. I wear glasses to hide my under eye hollows (genetics + life) and I'm curious how long after the rhinoplasty procedure I could get tear trough fillers?
