My nose isnt horrible but I would rather have a cute button nose from the side profile. I currently have a nasal polyp inside my nose and a pretty bad deviated septum which is causing my cartilage in my nose to shift. I would get my septoplasty covered by my insurance but I want my droopy nose to go away, I like the front of my nose but not the side profile. What procedure should I consider and how much would it be with my septoplasty covered.
Have read that bulbous noses are hard to treat & results are particularly unpredictable. Main concern is how large nose is from front and wide nostrilsnostrils from side. Seems to be ridge on tip of nose + tip feels upturnedupturned+hard. Have slight deviated septum + polyps present on MRI & want to handle these issues too. Worth getting rhinoplasty or too risky for my nose type? Can I do chin implant first and rhino at later date without compromising over all facial assemetry?
I am looking to get rhinoplasty after I get my septum and nasal polyps and enlarged turbinated fixed, all caused from allergies. I have an undefined bulbous tip and a low thin bridge. Which procedures would you recommend to address this in the most natural way? Thank you
About 7-8 years ago I got nasal polyps. In the time since then my nose has become much much bigger. I never had a big nose but I would say I do. Could this be causing it? Also if they were removed would my nose revert to the way it once was? Thank you.
I had a deviated septum surgically and nasal polyps removed 5 yrs ago Lately I've noticed that I cant easily breath through my noseWhen I do breathe through my nose I feel as if I can't get enough air. Itsworse when I am sick I've been told that I breathe extremely heavily when I sleep and also snore. Some people also comment that I sound as if I'm gasping for air, and that I sound like a seal when sleeping. My right nostril feels more obstructed than the left and it's also painful at the hole
Alright so i have been looking online and trying to find what is wrong with my nose. And I see pictures of other people with dents and they look like mine but they all have had nose jobs that caved in. I have had bad allergies my whole life and a few years ago this random dent appeared on the right side of my nose, it hasn't changed but it is visible. NOW I need a nose job. I know I have polyps but would that cause a dent on the outside? I fear it will keep caving in
I always feel pressure on my Nasal Bump. I am taking Nasonex for rhinitis but this hasn't alleviated the issue. I'm under Blue-Cross and the doctors seem to diagnose me with upmost haste. Advice would be appreciated in how to deal with this situation. Thank you for your time.
