I am looking for suggestions on how to best balance my long narrow face. I have long been unhappy with my nose. If I were to undergo rhinoplasty, would it be best to address the hump, tip, or both? Would I benefit from a lip lift, or are my front teeth to prominent? Could they be filed down slightly by a dentist? Where would fillers be most beneficial to me to balance the face? Thank you.
I have been bothered by the area that Ive circled in the photos for a while. I'm not sure how to classify this unevenness. I have never had braces before, and I wonder if its the lack of projection from my front teeth? What do you doctors think would fix this issue and help me achieve a more balanced frontal mouth/nose area.
I'm feeling my front teeth (all) has moved forward and thus looks weird smile after rhinoplasty. Also, the sagging/gap between eyes and cheeks seems more as my nose was little big in the bridges although it was normal and good looking previously just for more correction I did it, which am regretting now. Totally am not happy with the changes on my face. But still hoping to know is this temporary? Or should I consider a revision? 6 weeks over by the time am done with my surgery.
I recently had a rhinoplasty on 10/5/2017. Ever since then, after the stints were removed, my front teeth have been super sensitive. Especially if I go to rub my nose (due to it itching) or if I accidentally twitch my nose. Its not a pain, its just super sensitive, and I don't know if its also because my top lip couldn't connect to my bottom lip, for about a week and a half after surgery, due to bleeding and drip pads, so the air made them that way or not but wanted to ask to be sure.
I had septo/rhinoplasty almost two weeks ago and I still have a numb feeling behind my two front teeth. I've read that this can stay like this permanently. It kind of stings and is just uncomfortable in general. Any idea when this should go away?
According to op report the doctor cut the anterior part of the septum in closed rhinoplasty. He came in thru piriform aperture. Is there a way to fix this? There is no tooth show when I open my mouth. I used to be able to see the bottom part of the 4 front upper teeth. I know the lip looks longer because my nose is upturned but it shouldn't affect the tooth show. The report does not mention anything about the muscle being cut put a columnela strut on my nose which I think I can feel if I smile
