I've always been insecure of my bulbous nose and my ideal nose would be the edited nose in the photo. I plan to have a nose job this summer and while researching I heard that bulbous noses are hard to work with. I was wondering if it's possible to make my nose look like the edited photo
I have some noticable flaws in my face. Most noticable is my crooked bulbous nose (broken as a kid) and my protruding uneven ears. My jaw is also a bit tilted. Im very self concious of these flaws and it has been bothering me for a long time.
Its been almost two years since Ive my sinoplasty/rhinoplasty. I still have a very bulbous tip/drooping collumela that still swells occasionally. I have thick skin but was never told to tape. Ive already gone through one round of steroid injections that gave me some temporary results. Im now seeing some bumps on my tip which I am concerned might be scar tissue. Is there anything I can do now short of revision?
I live in London and planning to get a rhinoplasty in a couple of months to fix my bulbous tip. From watching videos and researching, I know that if my nose doesnt heal properly due to scar tissue I would need kenalog shots. Would I be charged for those shots?
Im considering having nose surgery to improve the appearance on my nose. Id like something a bit more classical in western beauty standards. Im wondering if I could get good results with a tipplasty and a light rasping of my bridge rather than going for a full rhinoplasty. My issues are a bulbous over projected tip with a small bridge hump. I may also have a deviated septum which you can see by the protrusion at the bottom right of my nostril. Is a closed operation also on the table?
I am 33 years old and have had mild rosacea since I was younger, but recently I've started to notice that the tip of my nose feels much more bulbous than it used to and droops forward. Could this be rhinophyma? Thank you for your help.
Hi. I am considering getting Rhinoplasty (a "nose job") done to reduce the "bulbous-ness" at the tip of my nose. However, I am worried that I will look totally different to what I look like now.Is it possible to get surgery, without looking like a totally different person after? Also, comments on my nose are welcome! Thanks, Daniel
Hi, I'm looking to fix a bulbous nose tip/crooked nose from the front. I'm pretty sure my skin isn't thick, as my nose bridge is quite defined, but my nose tip is still bulbous. I've attached some photos of the result I'd want to get, and I'm just wondering if it's realistic. Is it too conservative, just right, or unrealistic?
I am a 42 year old woman. At 12 I got a hideous sebaceous infection on my nose which left me with a scar + a bump. When I was 23 I had a plastic surgeon try and fix it - he only left me with more of a bump and an additional scar. At 32 I had some filler put above the scar which smoothed out the area somewhat but that didnt last long. I repeated it twice before seeing another specialist who 2 yrs ago told me a threadlift would solve my woes. Now I am left with a bulbuous tip, still a scar + bump
