I had my rhinoplasty on Tuesday the 26th. I've been brushing my teeth with my sonicare toothbrush. I also have been flossing. My concern is that either the vibrations from the electric toothbrush or the movements that occur in and around the mouth with flossing will in some disrupt my healing. I had an open rhinoplasty with osteotomies and cartilage grafts near my tip. Can flossing and brushing my teeth in any way impact my results and/or dislodge my cartilage grafts?
I'm about 6 months post rhinoplasty surgery, and am wondering if brushing your teeth with a regular tooth brush could affect results? Immediately after surgery I made sure to be gentle, but am wondering if it could still have any affects if not careful?
So i had a septo/rhinoplasty three months ago June 14th to be exact and like a month after I started pickin at my nostrils not my septum the septum wasnt touched at all just the outside part of nose also I would put tisse inside all the way up very gently and careful is that bad too do sfter surgery ive heard of perforation which thank the lord no signs of that!???
