I'm in my late 50s and am interested in rhinoplasty. I have been told that because my skin is so thin at the bridge I need to find a top doctor who specializes/only performs this surgery. Admittedly the skin is very thin. I haven't had luck finding this kind of doctor. Advice? Am I no longer a candidate for this surgery?
I am 60 and have never liked the hump on my nose. There is also a dip after the hump AND its getting longer as I age ugh. The tip is kind of squared off also. Would this be able to be fixed I know I have a deviated septum but that doesnt bother me
Thank you or your time! When I was in college I broke my nose. I had it fixed at 36 and now at 55 I really dislike the way the tip is looking He reduced the bump I had and I believe he lifted the tip. But it has changed. What could be done to make the tip look more attractive? And to reduce the nares They are long.. I appreciate all input. Cost?
I am 64, I had a nasal valve collapse wih rib cart surgery a year and half ago. At 1 year point plastic surgeon added juvederm on shaping.. now i seem to have a narroness between eyes and possibly a ledge/ bone protruding. And to left of nostril is lil large. Problem is my surgeon has moved out if state and i dont know what to do or who to call. This was covered with ins.
I have thick skin and a bulbous nose tip and have been making enquiries for a nasal tip rhinoplasty procedure abroad. I have sent photos and have been accepted as suitable but also have been informed by two different clinics that due to my age skin I am unsuitable for corrective surgery. I am disappointed but am apprehensive about going ahead now. Any advice would be appreciated.
My nose has been changing quite a bit over the last several years. Ive always had a normal straight nose, but it has gotten bigger as I get older. The tip seems to be bulbous. Im not a drinker, and always have an SPF of 30 on my face and neck. Ive tried using make up to lessen the look of my nose, but I just end up looking a drag queen. Im pushing 60 and take care of myself. Gravity is not doing me any favors, but do I have any options besides having rhinoplasty? Thank you.
