I am a 19 year old black female who got a rhinoplasty in turkey and I am devastated with my results. My nose is too narrow, upturned and small for my face and I appear uncanny now. Id like to reverse as much of what was done to my nose to restore width and cartilage back to my nose
I had a nose job and am very unhappy with the results. I wanted minor changes and received a whole new nose. I cant recognize myself, and everyone I know tells me they cant recognize me. This was not the outcome I wanted. My new nose is very short and upturned. Can a revision add some length back closer to where my natural nose looked like ?? I am struggling very bad mentally because of this huge change I did not ask for. Can I revision be done at 9-10 months post op?
I had my Rhinoplasty surgery done 3 days ago and am very concerned about my nose now. I had a downward turned tip, which I asked to be corrected. but now when i look at it, it seems to have gone totally opposite and now looks upturned like a pig's nose. I am very concerned as I have so many events to go to and i feel it's a drastic change and not a subtle one. I trusted the doctor and asked him to work with it to suit my face, but now I'm very very worried and feel people will comment. Can this still be corrected? I think I'm going to need revision surgery, but I am also very worried about it being made worse and people laughing at me. I wish I had not done this now.
My surgeon is not minimising all my concerns. My nose looks small and flat. Nostrils are asymmetrical and nose upturned. Am i just imagining this? I have 2 big stitches on side of nose. Dont know why.my nose looks wider, piggy. My nostrils also look smaller. This was done by man with 20 years exp.
Hello. I'm 22 years old and I got a rhinoplasty when I was 15 years old by a popular surgeon. He completely botched my nose and the tip is over projected and overturned. I've been putting off fixing it because i'm scared to get it botched again. I've attached pictures and am wondering if the tip can be lowered and if there is any risk. (First is before, the rest of the pics are after the surgery). Thank you!
I had a rhinoplasty a month ago, i used to have a nice upturned tip but i couldnt breath and i was getting inflamation bc of allergies so i decided to do it and i asked to reduce the tip since it was bulbous, but i used to love the upturned tip, now i have a pollybeak and i dont want to look like this, i know i have to wait, but i was wondering if revision rhinoplasty since its only cartilage and skin have to be removed with anesthesia or it can be local and is faster to recover?
I had a rhinoplasty done in 2017. The tip of my nose is still too upturned and the skin has shrink wrapped around the cartledge and I can see some of it poking out. Im fair skinned and have thin skin. I also feel tingling in the area. Im not sure if the tingling is related. Id love for the tip to come down a few mm and for more fullness so I dont look like I have a pinched tip. What can be done without surgery? I have two kids now and cant be away from home. Thank you!
I had my rhinoplasty done November 2020. I said my nose left too long and I didn't want the hump. If possible, I asked for a 'cute, girly' nose. I thought my nose looked nice on one side, but very quickly, I realised my nostrils are uneven and my nose is extremely upturned, hard and short. She said this was due to my already uneven nostrils pre surgery. Is my nose doomed now?
If i want to turn down my upturned tip will this make nose look more bigger or more length? Is this procedure difficult or easy Its my revision rhinoplasty and i guess there is no enough cartilage inside nose so how will graft my tip to look natural ?
