I am trying to understand why my nose looks like this after 2 rhinoplastys from the same surgeon. Is this an open roof deformity or an inverted V deformity? I My surgeon claims it is scar tissue and selling and will not help more. I feel botched and dont know how to fix this. Would he give me my money back if it is a deformity? its been 3 years since my original and 2 years since my revision
Im two years post revision rhinoplasty. The rhinoplasty did not go as it should have. Aesthetically Im worse off than I was before. My nose is very flat, deviated septum, and what looks like an open roof deformity. Im going back to speak to the doc about this. What are your thoughts about the work done on my nose? And ethically should I have to pay in FULL for another revision? What would you do? I completely understand the inherent risk of plastic surgery but this is a lot to deal with.
I had my nose done by a surgeon who didn't know what he was doing when I was 17. As the years went by it continued to change and I have recently started noticing that it's start to look completely different. I would like to see if it's possible to fix it. I was told I had an inverted v, open room deformity. I have posted some before photos at the end. My current photos are at the beginning.

And remove the filler during open technique surgey ? How to know if the filler is injected deep in the bone or in dermis ? Because recently i knew that if the filler is injected deep in the bone so its easily removed? Is there a solution? Thank you in advance

I had my rhinoplasty 15 months ago and my hump was removed. 2 weeks postop I noticed that I had swelling on my bridge from both sides,I talked to my surgeon at that time and he said that it was swelling and it would go away in 6 months. As the swelling of my nose subsided the bridge of my nose looked wider. How can I know if this is a complication from the surgery or if the surgeon simply didn't rasp it well enough? My surgeon refused to answer my questions. Any advice would be appreciated.
I had my hump shaved down during my primary septorhinoplasty almost a year ago. I have a hard bump on one side of my nasal bridge next to my eye & the area below it caves inwards so that it casts a shadow disrupting the nasal bridge line. This is making my nose look more crooked than it is. I'm satisfied with the rest of my nose. How invasive would the procedure be to fix this with osteotomies? Can it be done with a closed approach and would the recovery & healing be shorter?
I had rhinoplasty over 7 months ago. I got kenalog shot tu supratip 7 weeks ago and develop radix irregularities and left side deformity. Is this high lateral cartilage collapse and roof deformity? I have 4 dents on radix from rasping. If so, how I can fix it? I mean what needs to be done during a revision?
