I have 5 sessions of ultrashape treatment with a medical practitioner here in HK. I have sticked to the requirement of vigorous exercise and normal sensible diet. Yet hardly half an inch was lost. It is not worth the time and money I spent on it and I certainly won't recommend it to my friends.
