Thank you, I had pondered about having it done for years. Go for it, i feel so much better and even if I feel tired these days I dont look it anymore!

Day 10
Took this selfie today in my office. First day using eye shadow, was weird to apply as the lids are still numb and also, im not used to applying shadow that is seen! It was all hidden before :-)

Just read your posts. Thanks for sharing. I'm considering this procedure, but trying to factor how many days I would be out of commission / unable to work. What was your experience?
I only had one week off work. Finished work Friday afternoon, had the surgery Saturday morning, had a week off and the stitches came out the following Friday. Went back to work this Monday.

One week after surgery
Put some foundation on my cheeks and forehead today, and a bit of blusher and lipstick, nothing near my eyes, feel a million dollars!

Thanks ladies, i was told not to put anything at all on the scars and to let them just dry and heal. The itching on days 3/4 drove me mad, but its all gone now
I'm personally 1 week post op and I still have to put cream and the healing process seems a bit slower than yours.

Wow, what a difference! You look fabulous. I'm having mine done in December under local. Could you keep your eyes closed the whole time during the surgery? I'm a little worried about what happens if I have to sneeze or cough when a scalpel is so close to my eyes?
Please note that her results are 100% due to her PS aesthetic sense of what makes an eye look good. He tailored his incisions in a particular way to accomplish the result you see. I have been searching for well over a yr to find a surgeon in the states who would produce such a result. So far I have identified 3 in the US and 1 in Prague. Not an easy "get".
Really? I've seen a lot of good results in the US. It's a pretty straightforward surgery.
You're correct~ it's not a complicated surgery. Most patients are happy/thrilled with their results. Their surgeons have created a great outcome in that they have satisfied their patients' expectations. That being said, I hardly ever see upper lids that look like hers do.
Hi Lizzie, it was easy to keep my eyes closed, no problem at all. In fact the whole procedure was really pain free, the only annoying thing was the swelling, but that went down after about 18 hours, i used cooling pads which teally helped. Im so so happy with the results!!
You look great. I had mine done 10/21 but you healed faster than me. I had dissolvable stitches .
