I did Zoom whitening procedure today & lasted only 6 minutes!! I felt like electric zapper zapped my teeth ... it was awful. I am glad I actually came across some reviews long ago of people who had bad experience. So, I decided to stop procedure and I am so glad I did!! It was unbearable. I drove home in pain having severe zings ... electric shock sensations like on my poor teeth!! I tell you , people, please think twice or ten times better before you do this to yourself! It involves excruciating pain and do no good for your teeth I am sure. It has been 4 hours & I sill feel extremely sensitive in my teeth & after string painkillers still electric zapping sensations, although not so intense any more, I can not imagine what it would be like if I would finish a session! Stay away. There are so milder and healthier options. Do whatever but avoid ZOOM!! Never ever!!

I have severe tingling and stinging after zoom as well so I started doing to the take home Kit! the laser treatment is too harsh. the take home-kit last me Years. I order myreplacement off amazon. $30 and if you’re a new patient sometimes a dentist office waives the fees for the molding. use Sensodyn tooth paste 2 times a day with Luke warm water and it will help. Take ibuprofen as needed. sorry to hear about your experience. I do mine maybe once a month for several hours and it’s not that bad while I am sleeping! The toothpaste is a life savor. without that I wouldn’t be able to talk, in the mean time in between zoom you can do crest white strips. they just take a longer time than the trays but switching off and on you will see the same results as zoom without the pain!
