I think you would like individual eyelash extensions, it would give you more open looking eyes. Again, please don't mess with your gorgeous mouth. Seriously your mouth is nicer than hers. Keep in mind over time your mouth will shrink and turn inward, a lot.

I know I can't make my bridge as flat as hers but my bulbous tip is a little bigger than hers and could use some reduction. Her bulbous tip also has a very subtle upward point, whereas mines has a downward one. Her columella is more alined with her nostrils and mines come down slightly lower than my nostrils. Is there anything else I'm missing? Or something you all see different than what I see? Oh and I know my nose is shorter than hers. Probably short to fit my short face >.
