I had a revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Miller 6 months ago and I have to say I'm not completely happy with it. I would say it's better than my previous nose but just barely. It basically looks the same except its slightly higher and rounder, however, a cartilage graft was put on my right side and not on my left and as Im healing, the cartilage graft is protruding on the right side and the left side is caving in making my nose look crooked and uneven. This isn't drastic but it's definitely something I notice. For $13,000 I expected a greater change and symmetry. I also asked for a completely straight nose with no slope, it was something I emphasized, and I definitely have a slope now. My biggest regret is not having consulted with anyone else before I decided to have the surgery with Dr. Miller.

:( thats such a shame. I really feel for you. One thing i definitely wish i had done too was go to multiple consults before deciding. Maybe u could have some filler to fill in the slope look? All the best hope healing goes well

hello, how are you doing now with the results? I was considering going to Dr. Philip for my third revision rhinoplasty.
