The 16th august update is the last time i did it, the pics show the results. Im gonna dermaroller and use the acid every month and post the pictures :)

What size derma roller are you using? Your marks appear fairly deep and it's suggested to use a 1.5mm (use numbing cream) Also, consider incorporating more regenerative and healing agents into the process, like helichrysum oil diluted in avocado or coconut oil (food grade).

I use the 2mm dermaroller. Helichrysum can be found in any cream? Or should i look only for the oil?

I only know of the oil. Try for the Helichrysum Itallicum. The cheap stuff is probably not the real oil. It's not cheap but its world renowned for its healing properties. Give it a good search on google. Avocado oil has many essential skin vitamins (A, E). Wouldn't hurt to kick up your vitamin C intake too during this process. Do you like yellow or red bell peppers? Eat them daily. They have more than twice the Vit. C than oranges.

It is my understanding, via the folks at essentialdayspa and owndoc; that you do not do rolling that often. It needs time to build new collagen/

i did not use the retinoic acid for 2 weeks waiting for my skin to regenerate, its was peeling off
i'm gonna start again tomorrow (july 26) i apply the dermaroller on saturdays and than apply the acid every night and take it off in the morning

I´m a 30 year old female and i´ve been struggling to make my stretch marks on my abs since i was a teen. I´ve tried carboxtherapy and i think it helped cosmy skin looked really flabby. On june 2015 i decided to buy a dermaroller and apply retinoic acid 1% cream and i belived i can see some improvement. I rolled once a week and apply the retinoic acid after that. after two weeks my skin was peeling off and red and i decided to stop the acid till it regenerates and than i'll use it again. right now im just using the dermaroller and niver moisturiser (the blue traditional one) mixed with liquid vitamin b5 , wich i use it regularly. I'll keep posting my results.

Wow I see a big difference. I tried the derma roller but I used it once and 6 weeks later tried it again. I saw a little change but not like you. I'm going to try it weekly and see what happens.

yeah i think it takes a lot of discipline but i can really see the results and i´ve tried many many things before
the good part its that its a cheap treatment compared to the ones offered by the clinics

thank ou. I tried 2.00 mm in the winter but no acid. Im sunbathing now so I believe late fall/earl winter will be good time to get back to rolling for me
