Looking great! I have chosen Dr. Kelishadi as my PS. I like how the 450 cc looks! I chose 415 cc, however, I am going to ask Dr. Kelishadi if i can go a little bigger.
@strangeluv My PS was Dr. Kelidashi too! Honestly, whatever he suggests I'd go with. I thought mine would be too big... Other Dr's has said 400cc's for me.... So when he said 450-485 I thought it would be too big however, when he said it is all about bwd to make sure they fit correctly on top of research I'd done I decided to put it in his hands. Glad I did too. He's great at what he does. Put faith in his judgement... He won't steer you wrong
Hi! Wow! thank you for the great advice! I don't know my BWD, but I should ask Lindsey (she is great btw)! You've given me reassurance about my decision with going with Dr. Kelishadi. I've been doing extensive research on the size and the procedure (knowing the pro's and con's of getting a BA). My second consultation is in May and I am anxiously awaiting for the day of my surgery. I hope I have a speedy recovery like you!
Did Dr K say 415 for you? Natrelle inspira? When looking for size I told Dr K.... 1) I did not want the large gap that so many woman have between breasts. 2) I wanted to be large enough to look sexy on a Saturday night but if I ever wanted to go to church my boobs wouldn't go through the door before me.... Lol 3) I also wanted some side boob to help give curve to my ruler shaped body. 4) I knew I wanted silicone and under the muscle to help keep rippling to a minimum. As I mentioned before, Dr K said 450-485cc's would best fit my bwd and would meet the criteria I had set however, I couldn't wrap my head around the cc #. I know I was driving he and Lindsay crazy as I kept going back in to the office to try the sizers on. They were always very kind and patient with me. We decided to order both implant sizes and see when he got in there what implant was best. I was happy that he tried both implants. When I was in recovery he told me that 485 would have been a bit too big for my frame so he used the 450's. Also, about recovery.... It was a bit harder then I'd thought but once you're on the other side of it you'll be so happy. I'm still not completely 100% but I'm taking it easy and allowing my body to heal. Keep me posted on your journey (going to follow you too). If I can help you in any way please let me know. And have faith in Dr K. He's really awesome!!!
Dr.K gave me several sizes to try and I've tried three kinds. The first one was textured but I don't know he number of CCs. The second one was smooth and I believe that one was probably around 300 something CC's and the last one was the one I chose which was the 415 CC's smooth high profile inspira one. He said that is the highest he'll go and if I go higher it wouldn't be a good idea. I'm just afraid it's going to be small.

I am going to ask Dr. K about the gap and clevage because I didn't mention it as I was so unprepared! Ahh! Thank you for the heads up!

Ohh! I forgot to mention he said I will have some side boobs with the 415 CC's. Do you think I should ask him to bring a size up the day of the surgery just to see if it can possibly fit my frame?

Yes!! Take it easy and be patient. They're looking great already! Can't wait to see when they settle!

Thanks, @jerp ! So far I'm happy with them... Wish they would d&f completely, but I'm not one known fit having patience either... Lol Every once I awhile I wish they were slightly bigger however my Dr said it's really the largest I should go with my frame.

Just over 6 weeks ...

It's been awhile and wanted to update pics. Breasts are no longer tender and overall are beginning to feel like they are mine, which is a wonderful feeling. I still have a little tenderness around the incision and just directly under it but it's lessening all the time. I have started putting scar cream on and keep the girls nicely oiled with BioOil.
I have been given the ok to start light exercise and boy, do I need it! Feeling really flabby around the waist / hips. ????
Able to sleep on my side but haven't tried my stomach, as I'm not much of a stomach sleeper anyway, I would however like to go have a massage. Hehe
I ended up l doing a little jog to get out of the rain and stopped immediately when I felt an odd sensation in my breasts. It didn't really hurt just felt "not right".

Thanks! You've got great results too @hollyglight ! I've uploaded a few pics with clothes, not the best but I'll upload more later. Wish mine would drop and fluff a bit more but all in all I'm really happy with them.
@Aldel of course!!! And thanks! I ove my size however I REALLY struggled over it. I kept thinking the Sizers looked too big but my PS said it really is all about your breast width diameter not the cc#. I was a 13 to 13.25 bwd. I knew I wanted the silicone natrelle inspira put just couldn't determine size. My PS said my bwd was best with 450cc or 485cc so he ordered both and once in surgery determined the 485cc implant was a bit too big so he used the 450's. I think he made a great choice! What is your bwd? And have you chosen the type of implant you want?

Feeling great! No pain meds although a little achy every now and then. Still have steri-strips and bruises but looking better all the time. Looks to have dropped just a bit. Massaging 2-3 times a day.... Softening a little too.
So far, happy with the size. I believe they fit well with my frame.
Bloating is real! Dr said to give the bloating a few more weeks. Can't wait to start exercising again. Hope all is well.... Positive vibes your way! ??

Thanks! Been starting to ache again and get sharp zingers. By reading others journeys I'm seeing that's normal, but man, it's uncomfortable! I was going to go 485cc's as my bwd was 13.25 but once in the Dr felt that was too big and would cause uniboob... So he used the 450cc's which is good for bwd of 13.... I'm glad he did I think once d&f they will be just big enough. Looked at your profile. I think your 450's look great! Happy healing!.
