I did fraxel restore two months ago for scarring. I now have tiny Micro holes all over my face. I went back for a follow up I show her my concern and we went over our pictures She told me she couldn't see them in person or pics. Clearly she was lying because the laser tracks are all oover my cheeks, chin and forward. I could see them . My face looked horrible in the after picture compared to the before. . It seems like it aged me as well. She then told me it will go away (which I've read differently on the Internet) and then tried to sell me three or four more for 1300 dollars.
