Terrible. Wrong size. She did not listen to me, and therefore i did not achieve desirable results. She used two different size implants, creating noticeable asymmetry. Scars are uneven. On the left breast the scar is quite a bit higher than the right side. On the left side, i had to have TWO scar revision procedures to correct hypertropic scar. for the first revision, Dr. McMillan used the EXACT same method and stitching that created the hypertopic scar and expected a different result. Well, the result was way worse aesthetically (looked like a worm embedded within my skin) and physically as it was extremely irritated by any clothing. Frustrated with the results, i went to another plastic surgeon who recommended Dr. McMillan use a different type of suture and method upon performing a SECOND scar revision on the same scar (made worse by McMillan's first attempt). Dr. McMillan agreed to "waive surgoen fees for implant exchange, but i would still be responsible cost of implants." And the implant exchange procedure would take place "at least one year from last scar revision." These are direct quotes from my patient chart notes and written in Dr. McMillan's handwriting. After waiting ANOTHER year as instructed, McMillan would NOT HONOR HER WORD to correct her errors. I was a fully compliant patient and she has not and will not offer any explanation for her breach of agreement. So, now i am in the process of interviewing other surgeons, so the errors are finally corrected.

Poor communication. Unethical. She did not listen to what i wanted. She told me what she thought i wanted to hear, seemingly just to get rid of me and move onto another patient (especially during follow up appointments- after she was paid). She is very phony, insincere and untrustworthy. I highly regret choosing her. i would not recommend her services.
