31yo Flat Asian A Cup, Breastfed Twice. 275cc Mentor Textured Implant over Muscle

I found him quite fond of me smiley and complimentative! He is very chilled but does his job. His consults are brief for such a huge surgery bearing in mind how many thousands he's done! He tends to automatically choose the over muscle method but if you're heart is set on under/dual plane placement just tell it straight. Note: all CC sizes will look different for everyone. My skin was tight and tough, I was told 275cc will be a full B cup but mine ended up more a C, I wanted a nice natural droop to mine with a heavier lower end rather than the round fake heavy top end many girls love, mine sits quite perky so I wish the profile of implant was more explained to me so I could have chosen 1 size slimmer. But overall it's been a year and I'm happy with it. My whole procedure was pleasant and great. Nurses were wonderfully kind. Hospital so clean, but post op demand your pain fillers! They kept forgetting to time mine and I was going 12+ hrs without but I was fine. I was only on panadol when they remembered but if you need the strong stuff demand it! My post op was so painful (probably because I didn't want to be drugged up) I paid an extra night in hospital and it was money well spent. Getting up to pee was a huge struggle. Walking was tiring and I am very fit. One peace of advice no matter how daunting... ask for a catheter!!!! It saved me! Do the bare minimum and REST for as long as you can.. 1 month no lifting or carrying anything. I'm a mum and it was hard but you only have that time to heal so allow yourself that time and don't push your body. Sleep!!
