Didn’t help hormonal acne :(

So it’s April 1st!
I have been doing my vitamin regime for one week I kept it up all thru the weekend.
What I notice... weirdly dark pee, faster metabolism, and by inflammation after a night of drinking shows way more! What I mean is my knees were red and tight along with my ankles, thighs, and boobs! The places my body was irritated showed the inflammation it was so crazy to see exactly where on my body.
Now the real reason I do this is my acne. As of today I am recovering from the early weeks bad breakout. But, the new ones I did get this week were small or smaller cysts that came left their mark and in the healing phase! Now let me also remind you I eat super clean throughout the week and took my antibiotic about every other day to help. That said, I wasn’t clean this weekend so that usually causes my face to go haywire again by Tuesday and the battle begins all over again. Let’s see how this week goes!
