YAG Laser for Spider Angioma Veins on my Nose and Face
WORTH IT
I've been very irritated by this prominent 2 red dots on my nose - spider nevus or spider angioma. They were sometimes more, sometimes less visible. The day I've decided to visit a dermatologist for a laser treatment is when I tried to get rid of the cappilaire myself - it had a small hard area on the top so i scratched it - BIG MISTAKE. DO NOT DO IT. GO TO A LASER TREATMENT RIGHT AWAY. When I popped it, I had pretty bad bleeding from the center of my nose(!!!) never saw anything like that.
Long story short, the lady was an expert, the treatment was stingy and a little bit painful , like you've being elctricuted on your face, but it was really short term pain and it was totally worth it, angiomas have never came back, purple veins on my nose were lighter after the treatment as the Dr. treated them too. I would highly recommend!
