First of all Xeomin and Botox are the exact same thing. Forgive me for using them interchangeably, I don't mean to confuse anyone.
This time around, I got the usual spots done. I have pretty full lips so I just got a lip flip on the top to make the shape a little more defined at the cupid's bow. I also had 2 units in my depressors (frowning muscles on your chin), my entire brow line and my 11's knocked out, and we got all of the areas on my forehead that still had movement. We also knocked out the bunny line and all the wrinkles that you would normally get when smiling or scrunching your nose. I can't remember what else we did, but I just had my masseters done at my plastic surgeon's office. So, post Skinsation, I have just enough movement left 1 week later to look naturally surprised, smile, and neutral/disapproving if I want to. No one wants to look unhappy or look at an unhappy person though, so why even let yourself frown? Try the depressors, it's nice and makes you feel a little more relaxed in my opinion and immediately erases RBF. FYI I elected to have all of these procedures done and was not pushed or advised in any way by Skinsation or anyone else. I've been doing this for a while and I knew what I needed re-done when I came in.
Make sure you ask for Kesley Cox!! I'm sure the other injectors are great. She works in both their Goodlettsville and Franklin locations! She's amazing and new to Skinsation, was very careful with placement, she won't waste your money or make you look frozen. Moreso, she is so much fun and such an awesome, sweet person! Lots of medical practitioners know how to inject botox correctly, but great bedside manner+fantastic results repeat customers (fan club)
If anyone is wondering, I'm 23 and I've had a little work done and have been getting botox for about a year for minor enhancements (lip flip, masseters, all of the above) and prevention. Here are some before and after pics!

Botox and Xeomin are both neurotoxins but are not interchangeable. Botox lasts a lot longer. Please check the PI or Prescribing Information for both and you will see the clinical trial information for both.

I must agree with you. I have had Botox, awhile ago, and in the last few years, dysport. Dysport seems consistently less expensive. I went to a new medspa to try Xeomin. $9/ unit special. It did appear to work. I had about 15 units for each eye, and 20, per forehead and 11's. Literally 5 weeks later, it is 80% back to the beginning. Crows feet, at least 90%! Going back to Botox. Granted I am early 60's, however....5 weeks?

I know that’s correct, I mean they all utilize botulinum toxin to achieve paralysis in the injection site. Dyspeptic has a wider area of effect, kicks in faster, and doesn’t last quite as long for some people. I have had indistinguishable results using all three, but have settled on dyspeptic for certain areas and Botox for others.

I have gone over that information with my injection specialist and plastic surgeon. Alluding to the PI and studies you’re referring to, none of the results would indicate Botox or Xeomin to have an effect that is different from the other. The xeomin solution doesn’t have the same preservative used in Botox. While this hasn’t been shown to have an effect on health or results, it’s the only real difference according to my doctor.

The profile that posted that comment only has one comment—that comment. I would be wary of drug reps on here. Xeomin DOES last as long as Botox because they are chemically ice ticks aside from a preservative used in Botox. If yours didn’t then it is likely your personal metabolism or the solution was expired or not as strong as they told you. I use Botox now, I’m not biased. I’m just saying that that’s person is wrong. I showed the comment to my dr to confirm because I don’t want to waste money.

That’s odd. When I say they’re the same, I mean they all use botulinum toxin to paralyze the muscles. I’m young an din my early 20s so my results are not going to be indicative of someone older.
