46 Yr Old Stubborn Lil Potbelly

I just had my coolsculpting done today with 5 treatments, 1 Lower Abs, 2 Upper Abs, and 2 Love Handles. I did my research ahead of the procedure and I felt that it was as expected. Slightly uncomfortable in the beginning of the treatment and the massage is unpleasant but bearable and quick. Im feeling good, my stomach is swollen as expected but no pain. My skin is a little bit sensitive if it is rubbed against anything but not painful. I will keep everyone posted, looking forward to positive results :)

It's been 1 week since my coolsculpting. All of my swelling is gone and I only had one small bruise. I am still numb, but have not experienced any pain. I returned to the gym 4 days later and did not have any problems. I do have mild itching on and off but nothing too bad. I've been trying to drink as much water as possible and I have been wearing spanx when I leave the house (not sure I need to but it makes me feel better :)

Its been 3 weeks on 03/21/18, not noticing a difference yet but I know it takes months for the final results. I have no numbness anymore, never experienced pain, just annoyance and sensitivity. Saying hopeful!!
