After breastfeeding two children my breasts were deflated, literally! Since then I knew that I had to do something with them. Nonetheless I waited 6 years to get them done. After searching doctors around the area (even overseas because of the cost), a friend recommended Dr. Hoffman and I couldn't be happier with this decision. From the moment I scheduled and went to the consultation I was treated with respect like any other patient. Dr. Hoffman and Shonda gave me their full attention and answered all of my questions. It was somewhat of a long process for me as I was excited but hesitant all at once. My consultation was around September 2015 and a few weeks later I scheduled my surgery for December 2015. The payment for the surgery was an easy process. Anxiety kept building up after it was all paid for and the hardest part was waiting for the surgery date and choosing the size for my implants. My husband (surprisingly) prefers smaller breasts but I wanted them a bit bigger but not fake-looking. Dr. Hoffman knew what I meant and I kept saying: "I just don't want them huge or to look fake!" I was also SO worried about the scars. The day before my surgery I had to take a trip to his office and do resizing again! Because I just wasn't sure. We agreed on 300ccs compared to 250cc. The same day of surgery everything went as planned, I was sent home (no drainage) and I took 3 weeks off from work and now 3 months later I am back to normal. I did have the spitting stitches issues (that is not fun). Massages were easy to do and I now have sensitivity on my nipples! (Which was very minimal before the surgery). Dr. Hoffman has been so PATIENT with me and his staff (Betty, Joy, Shonda) put up with me during those initial weeks of recovery, as I called the office A LOT with questions about any weird thing I'd notice. During follow up visits I feel confident that everything's going well and I'm in love with my new breasts. They feel mine :) and natural! And my scars, oh my, I can say that I love my scars. They were so worth it and Dr. Hoffman is the man, great hands and very clean incisions. Thank you for giving me back my confidence.

Glad you found a PS you were comfortable with as that's super important! I appreciate you sharing your review. I dealt with spitting sutures too, not fun. Hope to see a recent update soon. Take care.

Hey there! It's been a year since your surgery date. How are you doing now? We'd love to hear from you again.

Hi there! I am extremely happy with the results. Although one is slightly lower than the other they are fuller, the scars around the areola are literally invisible (you'd never guess that the entire areola was taken off at some point), the scar going down healer very well as well but it's still visible (more like a straight line). I even forget I have these implants on. They feel mine and look very natural. I didn't opt for the round hard looking breasts. I wanted them as natural as possible and Dr. Hoffman was able to deliver that. No issues so far, no more stitches pain or openings. Thanks for asking. Please reply if you have any more questions. Thanks!

Hey! It's really good to hear from you! Thank you so much for the update! I'm glad your scars have faded so well. It's encouraging for others who are considering the same procedure to be able to read your story over a 12 month period, and to see how happy you are with the final result. I'm so glad you shared it with us :)
