48, 7 Kids, Diastasis with Bladder Issues, Menopause

My motivation was coming to the end of my child bearing journey. At 48 years and having menopause and it's associated symptoms a tt and breast lift was a fantasy solution to some of my issues in my own head. Factually having 2 pregnancies in my 40's blew my stomach muscles apart. This time my skin did not come back tight like in my 20's and 30's. I had bladder issues ever since my last baby in 2011. I could not complete a p most of the time and had found myself applying pressure to my lower abdominal space. The day I realized I could feel a 4 inch gap there was when I decided it was worth a try and see if a repair woukd help this cursed issue. Leaking, and never complete p. Yes, I can now p normally. It's such an unexpected bonus to the repair and tt. I can't say thanks enough to the universe for this surgery.
I looked at going local and was 1 unable to afford the cost and 2 unable to get an appointment with a recommended surgeon fir 4-6 months. I didn't want to wit any longer. After years when strangers would ask when my baby was due I couldn't live with this forever. I had got to a good body weight for me and losing anymore to try to remove the massive fat deposit above my ribs would take away my new curves... 1 bonus to menopause as I never had hips all my life.
So... I'm used to going overseas for medical tourism. . IVF in the past. It seemed a natural choice to go that way. But where? ... I chose Poland due to the flights being affordable and being able to have a top surgeon work on me on my schedule. I was booked in for like 4 weeks away. I certainly did stay up at night emailing hundreds of clinics around the world and as the list got narrowed sown to 3 or 4 the patient co ordinator at Clinic Bieniek sold me! Her genuine kindness and answering the same questions over and over again. Her reassuring attitude made it all seem so easy; and it was! Other clinic co ordinators had demanded a deposit before securing a date. To me this is crazy to get into a situation like that, whereby if for some reason you couldn't go through with the surgery your money is committed and tied up... how easy would it be to get this put should you need to. Bieniek Clinic did not make a big deal over payment ever.
Dr Bieniek gives a thorough consultation and a great mark up session. This doctor is an artist of the female form. He is gentle, respectful and very tactile giving me utmost confidence in my upcoming surgery.
Long story short- the surgery went great, the clinic is fresh and clean and comfortable. I was lucky to be allowed to stay 3 nights with them which I appreciated. Nurses are lovely and caring. The patient co ordinators are 2 of the most beautiful people I have ever had the pleasure in meeting abroad. These girls are like sisters! K & J I love you guys ???? and will always remember you 2. The Polish are a fascinating culture and I feel blessed to have spent 3 weeks amongst them. I would be happy to share my recommendations for this clinic and accomodation whilst staying in Wroclaw Poland anytime.
As for the results.. I'm so very pleased with my newly sculptured sporty body and muscle repair. No more bladder issues at all and a cute perky bust to top off the whole life changing experience. Cheers Dr Bieniek. I'll never forget you guys in Wroclaw.
