So tomorrow I head back to Poland for my ba on march 13th (had rhinoplasty in 2015). Wanting to go from 32b to 32c/d. As I am travelling abroad I won't have my consultation until the morning of my ba so I can't say for sure what ccs I'm getting? From reading other reviews I'm hopeful to get 325ccs round silicone implants under the muscle but might tell the surgeon to add a bit more in fear of being too small! As I'm not telling anyone about my ba I'm hoping to go down the route of trans axillary so I don't have tell tale scars on my new breasts!

Good bye my small friends

So I arrived in Poland last night there was a bit of a hiccup with my booking they had my down for April instead of march despite my confirmation email saying march 13th confirmed.
However I had my consultation this morning with dr Adam kalecinski and was first in for surgery. My bdw (hope that's the right abbreviation?) is just short of 11 so I had to kiss my 325cc dream goodbye because they were way wider than my body... also the distance between my clavicle and my pectoral muscle was 15cm where I was told the average is 20! Therefore 325 would have meant my boobs would be nearly on my shoulders! And trans axillary was a no no. He wouldn't do it so I admit I was a bit disappointed with that...
in the end I have ended up with 275cc round mentor implants inframammory. post op i felt fine for the first few hours then I felt horrible I broke out in a cold sweat and felt like I had to vomit but I think this was because I noticed I had drains in place and was not expecting them... however they pumped me up with morphine and I feel fabulous! I haven't seen what my new boobs look like but will surely see them tomorrow? Nipples are super sensitive and my right boobs hurts more but then again I keep using my right had for typing and reaching.. In Poland we stay in the clinic over night for monitoring so I can return to my hotel in the morning.. so excited to see them just hope they aren't too small! Also if anyone could suggest the scar cream stuff? I didn't think along that line because in my head I was going trans axillary and they wouldnt be as noticeable

Day 3 post op

So I have spent the last 2 days either asleep, watching Netflix or more then likely asleep... iv been managing pain with paracetamol and tramadol, no real pain as such just 2 concrete rocks sitting on my chest.. I had my post op appointment this morning and the drains were removed although I had been draining quiet a bit of fluid since my op. However I feel I relief that they are out as I'm not continuously walking around with 2 plastic containers in the waist of my pants! Boobs ache from time to time still swollen and hard. I haven't really had a good look at them yet? However I'm jumping back on the plane home today and will investigate when I get there. Bought a few sports bras today as the one they gave me is for real like a breast feeding bra and not one bit attractive ???? not that the ones I bought are super sexy or anything but they are an improvement! I will post pics iv taken over the last few days and will post more up to date one when I'm home!
