I had lost 81 pounds through diet and exercise two years prior to the surgery. My torso had excess skin and I had not been able to reduce the size of my thighs in proportion to the rest of my body. Dr. Ekstrom recommended a corset abdominoplasty and liposuction. My husband and I are very pleased with the results. Pants fit properly now.
