Your eye make up looks beautiful now - perfect. I think it looks younger and prettier. Your skin and face look amazing. Well done! I'm very happy for you X
aah CQ you worded that so much better than me!!
You look fantastic ... and the smile to prove it! Now I'm going to ask a ridiculous question... what foundation do you use (hope assuming you are isn't rude! I know sculptra can improve surface finish too but I think you are wearing a light finishing product) I struggle to find a suitable one, all make-up reviews are either photoshopped and pro lit or non pro are poorly lit ...so I'd be interested to know as I'm sure there's no crew lurking in your car :)
Nope, no crew lurking in my car lol, sculptra has improved my skin dramatically but also my skin care regimen has changed. I use Revlon foundation with Revlon photo ready face powder over it. So far I love Sculptra. Thanks for the compliments.
thanks for replying... I'm 1month on from my last 2 vials (only 4 in total) and tear trough filler...massaging continues! I will check out the Revlon products, definitely wasn't expecting you to have a powder finish... looks so dewy . Compliment? lol you deserve it, you look great! Thankyou again x
Thanks. Do you have Sculptra also? What did you use in your tear troughs? Would love to see a pic. As far as Revlon goes, I've tried everything from Chanel to Giorgio Armani foundation. I always go back to Colorstay by Revlon. Thanks again and best of luck!! Keep massaging.
Yes to Sculptra, right now couldn't tell you the tear trough filler ,I think it was Radiesse. I have a follow up appt for Sculptra end of April and final photos taken. I should get copies before /after for both then and will get back to you. You obviously have no need for TT, really..no need. I was sunken like a corpse ,very hollow , the effect was immediate and I simply cried afterwards as the difference was amazing, very happy with them. No massage there at all because once in, it needs to "set" in place, the Dr does massage it into place immediately though, I didn't touch the area for 4 days, slight bruising on top of cheek bones was the only aftermath. Sculptra..I also cried...in horror...was expecting immediate results that would then disappear, not the case I looked like a hamster that had stocked up for a 10 yr famine, a balloon that needed popping. I naively didn't realise just how much water is also injected ! One solid hour of massaging on the trip home and it dispersed and I looked vaguely deflated, and after 24 hrs back to how I was before. Thats why it amazes me that so many are posting pics a day or a week after saying about the results, my Dr assured me that it would be 6-8 wks before I noticed anything and then optimum at 12 wks, so I'm not expecting miracles until May time.I'm 12 wks on from the first 2 vials and friends/colleagues are now saying I'm looking "healthier" -they're not aware of what I've had done!!.... bruising at injection sites was quite dark the second time and I had a few lies to tell of a cupboard door accident, thank goodness for Arnica cream ! Hence anonimity on here!! I'm all out of cash now, so this will be it, just to boost me out of a depressing, stressful few years that have taken their toll, I'm 51. Healthier lifestyle going forward and Hydrolysed Collagen capsules come Summer to maintain collagen production...and continued massage as circulation is essential always not just following treatment. lol..in a nutshell!! I will PM you at a later date. AND TO ANYONE ELSE reading this...do your research,I have seen some horrible results on here.. less is more, and people having multiple /mixed treatments in one sitting are asking for trouble, you can not give the same aftercare to skinpeels in combo with Sculptra, or dual site pliable fillers which need to "set" and then expect to fully massage Sculptra...you will get lumps and bumps, one sets, one spreads. (sorry Gianni for hijacking your post!)
Is it the sculptra that also makes your skin look great? Or your makeup? you have beautiful skin!
You look amazing! Do you know how much Sculptra you had in total?
I had 4 visit so I would say 4 vials. I'm going back next week and I will ask. I think I need more because I've since lost 15 pounds due to strength training. I think I lost a little volume but not much.
I do not know but I had 4 sessions, 1 every 4 weeks. I will let you know as I go back next week for a follow up.
Wow. You look amazing !
UPDATED FROM gianni1234
25 days post
3rd injection update and photos.
Just an update after my 3rd set of injections. I bruised pretty bad on one side of my cheek but Arnica Montana cream helped that go away within 4-5 days. I see an improvement in my skin and the fullness in my face everyday. Still trying to soften up the eyes, lol. One more set of injections to go then my PS said to let it settle and see how it grows for 4 months. . hopefully this will be it for a while. Will keep you all posted. Keep massaging Sculptra friends.

So beautiful. I love sculptra! What type of face products do you use?
Thank you! I use Revisions facial line. I purchase this at the plastic surgeons office, although I see it for sale on Amazon, I don't trust that it is authentic.
Thanks for letting me know. I have used their neck cream called nectifirm and love it. I use skin ceuticals but like to try different things. I found a woman on you tube called hot and flashy ( she's over 50). I like her theory about saving money for the big guns( fillers etc). I did this for a while and just went back to the medical grade line again. I'll try revision next.
Beautiful.
Thank you!
Wow, Gianni. you look GORGEOUS and what beautiful skin. Yes very natural looking. And looking at your "befores", you look 10+ years younger. Yes I agree, no more for now. If you go further it might start looking unnatural.
Would you mind sharing...do you feel a dermatologist can do as good a job on fillers as a plastic surgeon? I personally lean toward P.S. BUT they cost more! What do you think...have you seen people get great results from Derms?
You must be so excited---You look gorgeous. And how did you get your skin so beautiful. Did you do laser? I need help with my skin texture!
Thanks again.

Hi Jessica 77, thank you for the compliments! I'm not sure on the cost difference between a dermatologist and a plastic surgeon. I felt a plastic surgeon had more experience with this Sculptra. When I had my initial consultation with my PS , I went because my face just looked so tired and worn. I was only looking for Botox. After speaking with her she suggested Sculptra. At first I said no, I was afraid. That same day I received botox in my "11s" on my forehead and under my bottom lip . when I went back 2 weeks later for a follow up, I agreed to do it and scheduled my first injection. I am so pleased with the results so far. Please realize I didn't see results until the 3rd injection, but my daughter started to notice a month after the 2nd injection. These are done 4 weeks apart. As far as my skin goes, in December I begin using Revision skin care which I purchase at the PS office and use Retinol every night and vitamin c every day. Sculptra had improved my skin texture and tone dramatically!! I have a follow up on Wednesday and we'll see what she says, but I have said no more at this point. I am more than pleased. My injections were 750.00 per session x 4. If I were you, definitely a PS who is trained in Sculptra injections. Make sure you ask!! Good luck and keep us posted.
Was this a total of three syringes spaced out over a few months? Your results are stunning
Each injection was exactly 4 weeks apart.
how long will sculptra last?
