mother of 2 c-section - Worcester, MA

I am having lipposuction in my stmache and doing a fat transfer to my butt i hope the dr. can remove enough fat from my stomach to give me a more curvy look in the buttocks area i had 2 c-sections and so i have some fat that is just sitting in the bottom of my stomach its not attractive to me at all i want the body i use to have before children i want to know is their anyone that has had the same proceedure done that i am having. i hear that i am suppose to gain weight cause the more fat i have the better it will be for me to acheive the look i want i am 4ft 11in and i weight 143lbs what should i do should i gain a little or should i loose a little
