Dr. Shahidi Consultation - Questions Before Surgery!!!

Hi all! I have had my initial consultation with Dr. Shahidi and the subsequent psychologist appointment. The consultation was information and I found Dr. Shahidi warm yet professional. During the consultation he assessed what I don't like about my nose as well as informing me of the functional things that he found to be wrong. I am undergoing a Septo-rhino-tubinates surgery. He then took a before picture of my nose, and then created two computer generated images (one straight option and one curved option - please tell me which one you like!)
He seems very experienced and given my history of anxiety, even made me undergo a compulsory psychologist appointment. This was done to assess my ability to psychologically deal with the changes after surgery. I have now been given the all clear to book surgery, but there are a few things that are still playing on my mind...
1. I want to know how much my front profile will change. The psychologist told me that the side view will always improve, but sometimes the front can totally change the rest of your face. Has anyone got advice on this?
2. I am scared to actually commit. I know I hate my nose and have for a very long time, I'm just finding it hard to believe that I can now go ahead with surgery. Any words of wisdom?
3. How much can I expect the end result to match the computed generated image? Is there any general rule about skin type and the amount it will shrink?
Any information would be much appreciated!

Hey! I love the curved option! I think it suits your face much better and is harmonious with the rest of your features.
I'm so worried what I'll look like front on, because I know it can change your entire face!
You’re beautiful! That’s not gonna change, before or after. But honestly, I’m getting my rhinoplasty soon too, I’m still researching doctors but I didn’t like the morph of my 1st consult cause it was straight and the tip wasn’t lifted enough whereas I want a curved and more lifted profile with the alar base reduced. Are you having them reduced too or will they remain unchanged. That’s what really affects the front view. I was worried too, but then I thought that anything’s better than my current nose&face! But you don’t need to worry about that cause you’re pretty no matter what you do :-).
It depends on you really, if you want a more feminine, gentle, soft and delicate look, go for the curved one, if you want to look serious, strong, elegant, aristocratic, choose the straight one.
I think the curved one looks more flattering on you. :)
I like the curved one too. Can you breathe ok at the moment?
Thanks for your opinion guys! I can breathe fine, it's just at times I get snuffy which I think is due to my large turbinates?
