Hcg awesome for weight loss teaches you control. Lost 40 lbs in 3 months. You truly loss a pound a day! The shots are painless and easy to administer. Staff is always available to answer all questions. I can honorestly say this is my diet of choice. Also all joint pain deminishes and you feel great.
